How It Works
Display
Each panel is a LED dot-matrix board rendered in the browser using an HTML table, height and width are configurable. Supports 5×7 bitmap font.
Data
Departure information is encoded as an array of strings, one per panel. Each character is mapped to a matrix that toggles on/off the LEDs
Color coding
Colors are configurable and are embedded in the text data using a simple markup syntax.
Rotation
Multiple departure panels are encoded side by side. The ticker pauses on each panel, then scrolls to the next on a continuous loop.
